How long it takes
The same times apply to every country. We do not run a faster lane for one market and a slower one for the rest.

Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays. We would rather give you the honest range than a number you have to chase us about.
What it costs
$7.99 flat, anywhere in the world. Free over $199.
No set reaches $199 on its own, so free shipping means two sets or more. We would rather say that plainly than let you find it at checkout.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. If tracking has not moved for 7 days, email support@miravodecor.com and we will chase the carrier for you.
Wrong address
Tell us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it free. Once the parcel is dispatched we cannot redirect it.
Customs and duties
Orders outside the United States may attract duties or import tax set by the destination country. These are not included in the price and are the recipient's to pay.
