Returns and refunds

Every set is printed after you order it, so we do not hold stock to swap from. We still want you to keep something you like, so here is how it works.

If something is wrong with the order

If a set arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email support@miravodecor.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reprint it or refund it in full. You will not be asked to ship it back.

If you simply changed your mind

You can return an unused set in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is yours to cover, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Write to support@miravodecor.com first and we will send you the return address — parcels sent back without contacting us can take much longer to process.

Cancelling

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until printing starts, usually within 12 hours. After that we can no longer stop the run.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank normally posts them within 5 to 10 business days.
