Making your order

Each set is printed and quilted for you after you order. That takes 5 to 7 business days before it ships.

Delivery

The same times apply wherever you are — we do not run a faster lane for one country and a slower one for the rest.

We would rather give you the honest range than a number you have to chase us about. If your order passes 22 business days, email us and we will look into it straight away.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned. If the tracking has not moved in 7 days, email support@miravodecor.com and we will chase it.

Customs

Orders outside the United States may attract duties or import tax set by your country. Those are not included in the price and are the recipient's to pay.

Wrong address

Tell us within 12 hours of ordering if the address is wrong and we will fix it at no cost. After dispatch we cannot redirect a parcel.
